TRANSFORM - set up/tear down

CHECK IN - greet families, log children securely in and out of our care.

PARENT LOUNGE (age 0-3) - greet parents, be a helping hand to parents

EXPLORERS ROOM (age 4-6) - lead or assist in curriculum, enphasis on fun and showing the character of Jesus

INVENTURES ROOM (age 7-9) - lead or assist in curriculum, emphasis on teaching the character of Jesus

DREAMERS ROOM (age 10-12) - lead or assist in curriculum, deciple the children

HOST - Lead the program, create excitement, be charismatic.

PRODUCTION - lights, sound, video

WORSHIP - singer, musician

RESOURCE CO ORDINATOR - organise the resources needed prior to the weekend and distribute to team leaders (game supplies, art supplies, updated curriculum print outs)

About your commitments

HOW OFTEN CAN YOU SERVE? *

We currently have 2 teams which we ask to commiting to serve every 2 weeks. ie. Team A serve this Sunday, Team B serve next Sunday so on. On occassion through the year for example on Easter and Christmas we may have an all team Sunday for bigger events.

STEP 1
COMMUNITY
At Lighthouse we are family and family spends time together. We are building a church that not only attends, serves and gives but who care and support one another throughout the week. How we do this is through Connect Groups. Life is better Connected.

STEP 2
COMMITMENT
In order to build a strong church that is reaching people for Jesus we need a team who is committed to help us build God's church. As you join team, how much of your time and energy can you give us as you join team? If anything happens after that expectation is set, please communicate.

STEP3
CONTRIBUTION
We invest in what we believe in. As well as contributing because you are now part of this team, we believe there is a blessing that comes from God when we give. We want team members to not only invest their time but financially into the church. The goal is 10% of your income, knowing that your finances are helping to change people's lives.

STEP 4
CERTIFICATES
Each team member will need certificates & possible training including Garda Vetting. Child Protection Training & any relevant training for your team.
